Retention period
Business records 7 years (§ 132 BAO, § 212 UGB), contracts 7 years after contract end, rejected applications 6 months, talent pool max. 24 months with consent, contact inquiries 24 months, website logs 14 days. Uploaded application documents are stored access-protected and deleted together with the application after these periods.
Your rights
Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Requests to datenschutz@semicore.at, answered within 30 days.
